There seemed to be a good amount in interest in this …. So here you go! Also not an expert so…. I have been exclusively working out at home for years now ( walking multiple times a week too ) and I am a huge believer in the power of Pilates + Strength Training ( picking up weights ). I usually only workout for 20-40 mins max every morning but I have stayed pretty consistent with that. The Ladder App ( train with Maia Henry ) and MWH are my 2 apps I exclusively use. Feeling flexible and elongating my muscles has been a goal of mine over the past year and I am seeing the results in my lack of lower back pain ( which I chronically have! )….and my overall enjoyment of movement because I don’t feel tight! book the trip to Maine 🦞⚓️🌊☀️🍩 We had high expectations for visiting Maine for the first time ( which is never a good thing IMO ) and it honestly exceeded all expectations! The raw beauty, weather , our cottage at @dunesonthewaterfrontmaine , the food , simplicity of the days… it was all amazing. Will have a full roundup this week for you guys!
